冯佳，教授，博士生导师。山西省“三晋英才”青年优秀人才，三晋英才计划自然科学和工程技术领域创新团队负责人，中国藻类学会理事，山西省植物学会理事，《水生生物学报》、《海洋与湖沼》青年编委及多个国际期刊客座编辑和审稿人。主持完成和正在承担的国家自然科学基金（面上项目、联合基金项目、青年项目）4项，山西省回国留学人员科研项目、山西省自然科学基金（面上项目、青年项目），山西省重点研发项目（社会发展），山西省科技攻关项目（社会发展）等省级科研项目8项，省级教改项目2项。已在国内外学术期刊上发表研究论文60余篇。主编出版专著3部、教材2部。获授权发明专利6项。获国家海洋局科技进步一等奖1项、山西省科技进步二等奖1项、山西省自然科学二等奖1项，三等奖2项，通过省科技鉴定成果2项。
