贾如，女，1988年生，山西忻州人，中共党员，山西大学生命科学学院讲师，硕士生导师。“Animal Feed and Nutrition”审稿人。主要从事动物营养与饲料安全领域的研究工作，特别是饲料中霉菌毒素的降解、降解蛋白的分离纯化、基因克隆及酶制剂的开发和利用。建立了高效快速的饲料及食品中霉菌毒素的检测方法。申请发明专利2项。部分研究成果已经实现产业化。
