李卓玉,女,山西大学生命科学学院教授(二级),博士生导师。现任山西大学生命科学学院院长,党委副书记;山西大学生物技术研究所所长。
  1986年本科毕业于山西大学生命科学学院,随后在山西大学生物技术研究所获得硕士学位;2001年以优异的成绩博士毕业于德国Kaiserslautern大学生物化学系,随后进入英国Dundee大学生物医学中心从事肿瘤细胞Wnt信号的调控研究。2009年8月全职回到山西大学生物技术研究所工作。2010年入选山西省海外引进“百人计划”。
  李卓玉教授多年来一直从事分子肿瘤学及天然产物药物干预的研究,主要集中在:肿瘤细胞能量代谢及信号通路中关键蛋白的调控机理;天然产物中功能分子的提取及其抗肿瘤的分子机制;环境因子诱发肿瘤的分子毒理及靶点筛查。已经在:Cancer Research, Oncogene, Oncotarget, Archives of Toxicology, Journal of Agriculture and Food Chemistry 等国内外高端杂志发表论文80余篇,SCI收录60余篇,包括高影响因子论文多篇。相关研究获批国家发明专利8项,在国际基因库发表抗癌新基因1个。应用生物技术手段分别获得了米糠来源及地皮菜来源的抗肿瘤活性物质,在细胞水平和裸鼠水平可以有效的抑制肿瘤的生长。
